About Me
We began our autism journey in 2003. We were fortunate the behavior psychologist realized the difficulties with a PDD-NOS diagnosis and she gave my son the diagnosis of autism. It was 4 years later that the diagnosis was changed to Asperger's Syndrome. I am a project manager for the PTI in Texas. My son is 16, works as a cashier at an electronics store and is enrolled in an Early College Program. |

About Me
I'm a single mom with a daughter on the severe end of the spectrum and I just really need some advice, help, comfort I have no family and have been abandoned by most of my friends, I'm also on disability because of a back injury, ulcerative colitis, and depression...My daughter is beautiful and happy..I used to be an edaucational assistant and have read almost every book on Autism but I still have questions |

I am the mother of samuel who is 9 yrs old who has Autism, an Intellectual Disability and Epilepsy I am also the grandmother of 4 2 of whom have autism and 1 who is globally delayed. My 21 year old is undiagnosed ASD as is my brother. I am also a support worker for special needs children, a job I love. |
